Clintonville Police Department

On behalf of the Clintonville Police Department, I welcome you to our website and introduce you to our organization.

Our staff is well-trained and professional, and we take great pride in providing the highest level of police services. We are incredibly grateful for the trust and respect our citizens have placed in us, which is the foundation of our successful delivery of police services.

The Clintonville Police Department employs 12 full-time officers, including our Chief, Captain, three Patrol Sergeants, a Police School Liaison Officer (PSLO), and a K-9 Officer.  We also employ part-time Patrol Officers.  Our agency also has a 24/7 police dispatch center with four Full-Time Clerk-Dispatchers and four Part-Time Clerk-Dispatchers.  In 2020, we added the Community Service Officer (CSO) position.  This position is part-time from April through October.  The CSO assists the department in enforcing ordinance violations.  They will also respond to non-emergency calls for service where a non-sworn position can handle the case and free up a patrol officer.

Thank you for visiting our website. Please let us know if you need our assistance.
