On July 13th, 2021, the Clintonville Common Council approved the American Rescue Plan Act Expenditure Plan as proposed by the City Administrator. That plan can be reviewed
here.
An informational meeting will be held July 29th at 630pm at the Clintonville Community Center. Applications for the various programs will be available at the meeting.

Utility Assistance is for residential customers only and only those that meet certain eligibility requirements as stipulated in the ARPA Expenditure Plan. Eligible residential customers will be receiving a notice in the mail by the end of July on how to apply for the assistance.
