Opt-Out Form

Beginning in 2020, residential property owners will be required to obtain the annual opt-out form and submit to the City.  Service-wide mailings will not be sent out anymore per City Ordinance 11.07(B).  The form will be available no later than August 1st of each year.  Multi-family units are required to submit a form for each unit.  Please contact City Hall at (715)823-7600 if you have any questions. 

THE OPT-OUT PERIOD IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2022 SERVICE YEAR.  FORMS WERE DUE BY 4:30PM SEPTEMBER 15TH, 2021.
