REVOLVING LOAN FUNDS
The City no longer has a revolving loan fund because the State closed the program. The County created one of its own with available residual funds and interested individuals should contact Dave Thiel from the WCEDC to inquire.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS (CDBG)
The City of Clintonville has utilized CDBG funding for both
industrial and commercial business expansions. Whether submitting
applications which provided the necessary infrastructure for development
projects, or working as a pass-through entity for industrial business
expansion loans, the City has the expertise to guide and assist
developers and businesses with all CDBG requirements.
TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
The City of Clintonville currently has two active TIDs and is open to potentially creating new TIDs to encourage
development in the City. The City has provided millions of dollars in
development incentive payments and infrastructure improvements to
industries, commercial developers, senior housing and more.
